The Liquidity Risk Score is based on both the coin’s 24 hour total volume and the amount of volume in 24 hours it takes to move the price 1%. This is a combined score and has our own method of determining the risk of a coin based on it’s liquidity so that you can make smart trades.
How is the Supply Risk Score calculated on Crypto Market Signal?
The Supply Risk Score is based on available coins in circulation to total coins in circulation. The reason that this is a good indicator of risk is that any time the coin’s operators can release more into the market raising the inflation rate for the coin.
How is the Sentiment Score or Price Sentiment calculated on Crypto Market Signal?
The Price Sentiment Score is calculated off of the current sentiment of the price based on current and past price action. This is a gauge of recent price action.
